Will there be practice on the Friday? It doesn’t mention it on the sup regs

Yes - practise all day Friday available

is the weight for tag restricted masters with a x30 182 kgs cheers craig

Craig - it would run under the Victorian State regulations 2018 - the weight for X30 would be 172kg

hi guys with the news today in regards to weight changes to 125 unrestricted class could there be a x30 heavy class added to supp regs as a number of us from western australia have already committed to the meeting and all own x30s as very few run rotax in our state ,having raced at todd road last year correct me if im wrong butt the rotax engine completely dominated both tag classes my two cents worth cheers craig

Craig - Round 2 Victorian kart Championship at GKCV this weekend - results Tag 125 Light first twenty five Karts all X30 / Tag 125 Heavy - first X30 second Rotax third X30 - fastest lap X30

Interesting turn around from last year without a shadow of doubt the improvements to the x 30 are definitely a performance gain thanks so much for your replys loved racing at your club that much last year that I convinced others from wa to be part of what i reckon is the best race meeting of the karting calendar looking forward to it cheers craig

Hey guys, you may listen this same question once in a while but I really need to know how far I am to join the club. How much for a first season/championship including 2 used go karts? The idea is to start a little team to share knowledge and tools. Thank you very much!

About The Go Kart Club of Victoria

The club was formed some forty years ago and participated in kart racing competition with the Dandenong Kart Club in vacant parks around Sandringham, Cheltenham etc…

Eventually the club obtained suitable land to construct a race facility and spent many years successfully operating at Brooklyn before the move to our present location in Port Melbourne.

The club enjoys very popular club day racing and hosts high caliber open race meetings including State Championships and the very successful City of Melbourne Titles.

General club meetings of members are held in the clubrooms on the Tuesday prior to the second Thursday of each month at 7.30pm.

Financial members of the club holding a current AKA license are permitted to use the track only.

We welcome your enquiry and look forward to you joining us for some great kart racing.
