Supp Regs section has been updated with Supp Regs for the 2012 Queensland Open Sprint Kart Championships to be held at the Formula K Raceway, Benaraby Road, Gladstone from the 6th to the 8th of April (Easter).

A note to all Country Series competitors that Sportsman Heavy and Senior National pro did not form for the 2012 Country series.

A reminder that registrations for the Stewards Officials Training Days close today. Anyone who has not yet registered but wants to be a Steward/Clerk of Course/Technical Officier/Scrutineer at VKA Race Meetings in 2012 please register by the end of today by clicking on the Officials Training Day section from the VKA website.

A reminder that anyone looking to be a Steward/Clerk of Course, Technical Officer/Scrutineer must register to participate at one of the VKA Stewards Training days. Please make sure you have filled out a registration by the 25th of January, please visit the VKA Stewards webpage to fill out or send in your registration.

Addendums section has been updated with Addendum 1 for the 2012 AKA Karting Manual (Chapter 30 – Junior Clubman, Rule 30.03 Weight)

Supp Regs section has been updated with Supp Regs for Round 1 of the 2012 Golden Power Series being held at the Bendigo Kart Club on the 18th and 19th of February.

Swan Hill Kart Club has updated its personnel section with a new Club Secretary.

2012 VKA Officials Training Days registration section has been added to the site. If you want to be a Steward/Clerk of Course or Technical/Scrutineering Officer at VKA race meetings in 2012 you must attend one of these days to qualify. The 2012 VKA officials traning days will take place on:
Saturday 28th January 2012 at Ballarat's Sovereign Park, 217–229 Main Road, Ballarat from 9:30am to 3:30pm,
Sunday 29th January 2012 at Swann Hill's Comfort Inn Lady Augusta, 375 Campbell Street, Swan Hill from 9:30am - 3:30pm and
Sunday 12th February 2012 at Taylor's Lakes Hotel, Melton Rd, Melton from 10:00am to 4:00pm

You can either download the 2012 VKA Officials Training Days registration PDF form and send it to the VKA office via the post or register online (by clicking on the Officials Training Days online registration form) to book your spot at one of these days.

Supp Regs section has been updated with Addendum 1 for both Round 1 and Round 2 of the Junior Top Guns Meetings being held at the Oakleigh Go Kart Racing Club on the 20th and 21st of January 2012 (Addendum: Junior Clubman class weight 135kg. NOT 140kg as listed in the supplementary regulations).

Supp Regs section has been updated with Supp Regs for the 2012 Rotax Pro Tour being held at the Go-Kart Club of Victoria on the 27th, 28th and 29th of January 2012, and Supp Regs for Round 1 of the 2012 Country Series being held at the Warrnambool Kart Club on the 4th and 5th of February 2012.
