Supp Regs are now available for Round 2 of the 2019 DPE Victorian Country Series being held at the Portland & District Karting Club on the 23rd and 24th of March.

Supp Regs are now available for Round 2 of the Australian Kart Championship being held at the Newcastle Kart Racing Club from March 29-31.

WIN AN ARROW KART CHASSIS OR IAME KA100 OR X30 ENGINE at the 2019 Golden Power Series which gets underway this weekend at the Bendigo Kart Club February 16 and 17th, with prizes courtesy of our great sponsors DEP Kart Technology and Remo Racing.

The series returns with 5 rounds over a new 2 day format featuring:
3 x timed practice sessions
1 x 6min qualifying session
3 x heat races
1 x final race

All tracks will be closed for pit setup only on Fridays before each event.

Interstate drivers are allowed to race in the series and new drivers to the sport are welcome to compete!

To win the 2 big prizes all you have to do is make sure you enter all rounds of this years series and be at the prize draw at Round 5 on Saturday night at Eastern Lions Kart Club!

Trophies awarded to the top 3 placegetters in each round final. Overall series trophies will be presented at the season ending 2019 Karting Victoria Karters Of The Year Awards Presentation Night being held on the 7th of December.

Commentator Mitchell McLellan from MMS commentary will be at the series to call all of the action!

The 2019 Karting Victoria State Regulations are now available.

2019 Karting Victoria State Regulations

It is advised that all competitors read the document and be up to date on the 2019 regulations.

“State Regulations: A set of regulations in a format designated by KA, that are consistent with the National Competition Rules (“NCR”) and the International Sporting Code and that are specific to Competition sanctioned by the SKC (State, Zonal and Club Competition.)

DPE VCS Warrnambool Rd1 – 9/10th February 2019

Please be advised that the listed classes in Supp Regs for the TaG 125 Restricted Light, Heavy and Medium class names will now be called the “Victorian Combined” Light, Heavy and Medium to reflect the inclusion of the KA100 engine into the classes.

When entering in CMS the list will now read the new class names.
Class Rename: TaG 125 Restricted Light, Heavy and Medium class names changed to now read.

Victorian Combined – Light a) This Division is in accordance with the TaG 125 Restricted Class Rules – Chapter 12 and KA3 Class Rules – Chapter 6 with the only amendment being the Minimum weights for the Light Division which are as follows:
i) Rotax (EVO): 167kg
ii) All other engines: 162kg

2) Victorian Combined – Medium a) This Division is in accordance with the TaG 125 Restricted Class Rules – Chapter 12 and KA3 Class Rules – Chapter 6 with the only amendment being the Minimum weights for the Medium Division which are as follows:
i) Rotax (EVO): 187kg
ii) All other engines: 182kg

3) Victorian Combined – Heavy a) This Division is in accordance with the TaG 125 Restricted Class Rules – Chapter 12 and KA3 Class Rules – Chapter 6 with the only amendment being the Minimum weights for the Heavy Division which are as follows:
i) Rotax (EVO): 207kg
All other engines: 202kg

The Victorian Country Series is back again in 2019 with racing being held over 6 huge rounds.

Round 1 – Warrnambool Kart Club – February 9/10 
Round 2 – Portland District Kart Club – March 23/24 
Round 3 – South West Kart Club –  June 1/2
Round 4 – Hamilton Kart Club – July 6/7
Round 5 – Wimmera Kart Club – September 14/15 
Round 6 – Ballarat Kart Club – November 9/10

Be there for the first round of this 5 round series the Bendigo Kart Club, Golden Power Series and Karting Victoria looks forward to hosting you and your friends and family at the season opener!

In 2019 the series is being held over 5 rounds over a new 2 day format featuring:

The first race of the 2019 Karting Victoria racing season is now only a month away with the annual 2019 edition of the Junior Top Guns race meeting taking place at the Oakleigh Go-Kart Racing Club on Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th of January 2019.
Huge prizes are up for grabs and you can win a Go Kart and over $10,000 in other cash and prizes.
