News section has been updated with the Karting Victoria Covid-19 virus update all clubs effect on Victorian Competition 17 March 2020 media release.

News section has been updated with the postponement of the 2020 Victorian Kart Championship release.

Due to the CV-19 crisis, Karting Victoria has had to postpone the 2020 Victorian Kart Championship that was scheduled to the be held at the Oakleigh Go-Kart Racing Club from the 3rd to the 5th of April.

All competitors who have entered the event will be provided a refund for their entry fee to the same credit card on which the original payment was made.

Be at the Oakleigh Go Kart Racing Club April 3rd to 5th for biggest open meeting of the year the 2020 Victorian Kart Championship!

Drivers from all around the region will be puting it all on the line to be crowned the Victorian state champion and claim the prestigious blue plate over 3 days of competition!
There is plenty of grandstand viewing available at Oakleigh, so why not bring your friends and family along to experience the adrenaline pumping spectacular racing action that the sport of karting provides.

Spectators are welcome to the event with classes featuring cadet, junior and senior drivers with plenty of food and drinks available from the club canteen.

Andrew from AHR Media will be in the commentary box calling all of the action!

The Oakleigh Go-Kart Racing Club and Karting Victoria looks forward to hosting all drivers, teams, spectators, friends and family at the event!

Also don’t miss your chance to get some practice in for the event with the club holding the 2020 Metro Series Round 1 single day event a week before the Formula One Grand Prix on March 8th!

Get all revved up a week before the Formula One Grand Prix and be at Oakleigh for the start of the 2 round 2020 Metro Series with Round 2 set for the 16th and 17th of May at the Geelong Karting Club.
